ANTARCTICA - New CA73m I 240 Admiral Yachts I 2018
Stuart is pleased to announce his appointment as Central Agent for the sale of 73m (240’) ANTARCTICA. ANTARCTICA is under construction at Admiral Yachts and is scheduled for launching in October 2017 with delivery in early 2018.
ANTARCTICA’s exterior is by the multi award-winning designer Tim Heywood who has produced some of the finest and largest yachts on the water. Her interior is designed by the London based Tino Zervudachi, of Mlinaric, Henry and Zervudachi. Great effort has been taken to create natural-looking spaces with stylistic flair that do not feel over-designed and are both elegant and intimate, ideal for all kinds of cruising venues and climates. The interior is built by the German contractor Fitz to highly detailed specifications.
At 2,100 GT and with a 6,000nm range, ANTARCTICA complies with Lloyd’s ice-class regulations and is equipped with a commercially approved helicopter landing deck and garage for an Augusta Grande or similar large helicopter. Large tenders and toys along with dynamic positioning and zero speed stabilizers complement her world-wide capabilities. With excellent deck space and a spacious interior, she has eight staterooms with two master staterooms on the Owner’s Deck.
A yacht for all seasons, ANTARCTICA features an enclosed observation lounge on the upper deck and a cinema on the Owner’s deck with independent access as well as a water level spa area. The formal dining area has floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides which slides back in warm weather for an intimate inside or outside arrangement.
ANTARCTICA is asking €85 million.
