GEORGIA in St Barths and St MaartenAvailable for inspection
GEORGIA has just arrived in St. Maarten and is available for client or broker visits. Later on in the week she will move to St. Barths for the Bucket.
RECENT IMPROVEMENTS
GEORGIA has had the rig removed and serviced in early 2019 and the Reckman furlers rebuilt. At the same time, the standing rigging was rebuilt and parts replaced where necessary. The centreboard was checked and serviced, the underwater gear was serviced and her bottom repainted in late 2018. Finally, class surveys were updated in 2018/2019.
Built to Lloyd’s class, GEORGIA was conceived as the ultimate luxury world cruiser. She was largest sloop in the world at the time of delivery. Design priorities included safety at all times and ease of sailing with minimal crew. Georgia as a proven track record having circumnavigated the globe for the past 9 years.
The styling and interior décor is by Glade Johnson who maximized the use of space to ensure comfort during long cruises. The master is full beam and the guest accommodations are generous. Throughout, GEORGIA is finished in cherry wood and burls.
