NEW CENTRAL AGENCY M/Y ARETIPYC compliant 85m (280’) Lurssen delivered in 2017
Stuart is pleased to announce his appointment as Joint Central Listing for Areti, the 85m (280’) 2,850 GT motor yacht, built by Lurssen in 2017. Passenger Yacht Compliant (PYC) and built to Germanischer Lloyds, she is the only large new PYC certified yacht available for immediate delivery. She represents as a unique opportunity for a superyacht buyer to avoid a long wait to build.
Elegant with a streamlined design, Areti has a welcoming, warm feel. Winch Design, responsible for her exterior and interior design, successfully balanced spaces that can seat 18 dinner guests with areas where one or two people can relax privately. The fresh American-classic interior is decorated in soft creams and taupes with accents of colour and includes recognisable Winch styling touches like the impressive staircase in the lobby.
Winch found creative solutions to conform to the stringent Passenger Yacht Code rules and keep the luxury yacht feel. Areti can accommodate 18 to 22 guests, even in commercial charter mode. The eight guest suites plus the full-beam forward-facing master suite are located over three decks. With two VIP cabins for family, the owner’s deck can be entirely private. The master suite, with his and her bathrooms and separate dressing rooms, is surrounded by windows that face a partially covered outdoor lounge with a sofa, dining area and a spa pool.
All 8 guest suites can be set up as either kings or twins and two on deck guest suites as well as the two VIP cabins on the owner’s deck have an additional sofa bed for children. There is an additional double staff cabin on the main deck and a hospital below.
Aft, a spa with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi pool and full depth plunge pool on the lower deck includes a light and open aft beach club. A full gym, including a 12-person spa pool outside is located on the bridge deck. All decks are accessible by elevator.
Forward Areti has a helipad for day or night-time use. The tender garages are located under the helideck and house two 9-metre Yachtwerf Meyer tenders in addition to a number of other tenders and toys.
